As investment advisor, we generally collect information
from clients in applications or on other forms, written
or electronic correspondence or verbal conversations. The types of information may be some or all of the

employment, assets, income, tax bracket, accountant
name(s), attorney name(s), transactions from affiliated
firms or third parties.

As an investment advisor, Spectrum Advisory Services,
Inc. does not disclose any nonpublic personal
information about its current or former clients to
unaffiliated third parties, except as required or
permitted by law. Spectrum is permitted by law to
disclose all or any of the information it collects, to
its service providers such as brokerage firms, transfer
agents, banks, mutual funds, or other agents utilized to
process our clients transactions and whom may provide
services to our clients. Information is provided to
personal accountants or attorneys only when written
permission by the client is on file.
Confidentiality and

Spectrum Advisory Services, Inc. restricts access to
your nonpublic personal information except to those
persons who require such information to provide products
or services to you. Spectrum Advisory Services, Inc.
maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal standards to guard nonpublic

Information gathered on this website
MVP collects two kinds of
information about users: 1) data that users volunteer by
signing up to receive news and additional information,
including forms, articles, press releases, etc.; and 2)
aggregated tracking data we collect when users interact
with us.
Personal information
We use the personal
information you provide voluntarily to send information
you've requested and to fulfill request for information
orders. The specific use of your personal information
varies, depending on how you contact us:
When you sign up online to receive an MVP newsletters,
we never sell or rent your email address or other
personally identifiable information you provide us under
any circumstances.
When you request information that is to be mailed
directly from us we add you to our general mailing list,
and we'll from time to time send you updates and general
information about our fund.
Aggregated tracking information
We analyze visitors' use
of our sites by tracking information such as page-views,

this information to improve our website. We do not
share any information with advertisers that can identify
an individual user.
